Poster Printing

We are proud to offer a poster printing service via the facilities at the UF Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute (OSMI) . This service is available to both the University of Florida Campus and the general public.

Cost
  • $9 per linear foot
    • A poster at 56″ x 36″
      ~ Cost: $42
    • A poster at 60″ x 42″
      ~ Cost: $45

  • Semi-Gloss

  • Borderless printing available
    • Leave at least 1/4″ space on all sides

    • $6 each
    • Reusable, heavy-duty cardboard tubes
  • Poster Lamination
    • $5 per square foot
    • Additional 1-3 days processing time required
  • Poster mounted on foam core board
    • $5 per square foot
    • Additional 1-3 days processing time required

Dimensions/Limitations

All Posters will be auto scaled to the aspect ratio that fits our paper roll heights:

  • 24″
  • 36″
  • 42″

WE CAN print posters where only one side exceeds 42″, such as:

  • 56″ x 42″
  • 72″ x 42″
  • 42″ x 60″
  • 48″ x 36″

Our printer can fit paper rolls up to 42″ wide

WE CANNOT print posters where both sides exceed 42″, such as:

  • 56″ x 46″
  • 72″ x 44″

These sizes can be auto-scaled to the aspect ratio that fits our 42″ paper rolls.

General Info

 All Poster Printing submissions are handled online.

  • We do not offer walk-in services.
  • Posters are processed in the order received
  • Submissions by 12pm are often ready for same day pick-up
  • Posters are typically ready for pick-up the next business day.
  • Submissions after 12pm Friday and on Weekends
    • Will be reviewed and processed the following Monday

  • Please wait until you have received your pick-up e-mail notice before contacting us.
